Bermo: The admission celebration program of class one and Balvatika was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Kendriya Vidyalaya Bokaro Thermal on 09/04/2025.
On this occasion, the principal of the school Dr. BR Day and the chief guest Manish Kumar Chaudhary, Senior Manager Damodar Valley Corporation Project, formally started the program by lighting the lamp and offering garlands and flowers to the picture of Mother Saraswati.

Highlights of the program
– Under the guidance of the school’s music teacher Prabhat Kumar, the students presented Saraswati Vandana and welcome song.
– The principal welcomed the chief guest and presented the welcome speech.
– All the little children were vaccinated, and gifts were distributed to them.
– The students of the primary section presented a charming dance on this occasion.
Principal Dr. B.R. Day Addresses Students and Staff on the New Academic Session:
Principal Dr. B.R. Day gave Guru mantras to the students on the importance of education, usefulness of school, improving learning skills, participation in co-curricular activities, participation in various competitions, importance of discipline, role of students in nation building, etc.
He presented the review report of the previous academic session and threw light on the goals and upcoming plans for the new academic session. He also called upon the teachers to perform well in the new session so that the dignity and fame of the school can increase.

The chief guest while addressing the students said that the students should keep on acquiring new education every day. Parents and teachers should be respected. Wished for a bright future for the students.

The program was conducted by Sarika Rani and vote of thanks was given by Vibha Rani Srivastava. On this occasion, all the teachers and students of the school including Deepika Tirkey, Dashrath Misri and Diksha Dutt were present.
